Not your competitor.
Your content team.
Built for marketing studios and agencies. You keep the client. We come in as the content team when you need one: whether you don't make content in-house, your team is at capacity, or a brief needs a depth your generalists don't cover, across the channels a client needs (social, email, paid, design, video).
Three ways the studios we partner with use us.
You don't need to be a studio without a content team to bring us in. Most partner studios fall into one of these:
- You don't make content in-house and a client just asked for it.
- You have a content team but they're at capacity for the quarter, and you need to keep a launch or campaign moving for an existing client.
- You have content capability but a new client needs specialist depth your generalists don't cover. Motion-led video. Paid-creative testing. A category your team hasn't worked in.
We slot in as the content arm. You stay the brand-of-record. The client never has to deal with us if you don't want them to. We're additive to your team, not a replacement for it.
White label. Co-branded. Or your call.
Three ways the engagement runs, all decided before kickoff:
White label.
Work goes out under your studio's brand. We're invisible to the client. You present the strategy, send the deliverables, run the meeting. We just make the work.
Co-branded.
We show up on the brief as a named specialist partner. Useful when the client values seeing specialist depth on the team.
Introduced.
We meet the client once at kickoff, or stay on the standing call. For when the brand wants accountability with the people doing the work.
What we do. What you keep.
What we do
Strategy & content plan.
A campaign or calendar mapped to the client's audience and the brand voice you've already established with them.
Copy across channels.
Captions, headlines, email and CTAs written in the client's voice, sense-checked against your tone guidelines.
Design & motion.
Social content, statics, carousels, video and campaign collateral using their brand kit (or one we build from your brand handover).
Email & paid support.
Campaign emails and paid-creative variants when the launch needs them, built to match the rest of the work.
Posting + scheduling.
If you want. Posting from the client's account or from your scheduling tool, your call. Flagged escalations sent back to you, not direct to the client.
Monthly analytics review.
A written one-pager you can hand to the client or fold into your own reporting cadence.
What you keep
The client relationship.
You're the brand they call. We don't crash your standing meetings, we don't slide into their DMs.
The strategic narrative.
You present the work and the why. We write it if you want, and stay quiet in the credit line.
The invoicing chain.
You bill your client. We bill you. The financial relationship stays clean.
Brand visibility.
Your studio's name on the work, your team's faces in the meeting. We're a credit footnote or no credit at all, your decision.
The next pitch.
Anything we build for one of your clients is yours to use as proof in your next pitch. Case study sign-offs work on your timeline, not ours.
What we won't do.
Trust is the whole deal in a partner engagement. The terms below are non-negotiable on our end.
We don't pitch your clients.
If a client asks who's doing the work, we either tell them the truth ("Vibe Shift Studio, on retainer with your studio") or we say nothing, depending on what you've agreed. We never solicit. We've had two paid clients ask. We declined both.
We don't take credit without sign-off.
Public case studies of partner work need your explicit approval. If we never get approval, the work never appears on our site.
NDAs are fine. Standard.
If you have a partner agreement template, send it. If not, ours has a one-page version that covers the basics without the legal theatre.
What we don't do at all.
Brand identity, websites, paid social, shoot days. Those run as separate scopes if your client wants them, but they're not in the partner package. Most partner engagements are content + strategy + management only.
A recent partner engagement.
Anonymised, cadence real.
Six to eight branded carousels a month for a US growth agency serving founder-led brands. Voice is loud, direct, unmistakably theirs. Delivered inside their tools, in their cadence, working alongside their founders and their short-form video lead. Ongoing.

It's refreshing to have such a thorough and professional designer on board. Thank you for seamlessly fitting into our workflow and tools.
Priced like a partner.
Not like a vendor.
The launch packages are the structure.
Partner engagements are scoped per client launch or campaign. The three packages are the baseline, and most marketing-studio partnerships land somewhere between Focused and Core, scoped to the size of the campaign and the channels it needs.
We don't add a partner premium. We don't undercut your direct work either. The number is what it would be for the brand direct. You decide your markup.
Numbers covered on the call.
If none of the three fit
Bring the brief anyway. Every partner engagement is scoped per client, so if your brief lands between the tiers or outside them entirely, tell me on the call and we'll build something that fits. Transparent number either way, no partner premium.
30 minutes. No deck. Just your client's brief.
Send us the client's brief and whatever they're running now. We'll walk through where it is, where the gaps are, and what a partner engagement would actually deliver in the first three months. If we're a fit, you'll get a one-page partner scope by end of week.
